OUR STORE POLICIES

We founded Niko Tailor also known as Niko Apparel and/or Niko Tailor Apparel in 2020 with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.  We try to make our returns process easy and hassle -free. All purchases    are final, items  purchased from Niko Tailor are eligible for exchangs    if there is a manufacture defect for your items or unless a mistake is made on our part. We do not process REFUNDS. You are allowed 2 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for manufacture defective item/or wrong items sent. Please make sure to check your item upon receiving. APPROVED  exchanges must be sent back within 7days of receiving the item and must provide us with tracking number, any items sent outside of this window will not be approved. We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. If you ordered the wrong item/size we are not responsible for the shipping fee/ label. If an item happens  to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within  48 hours after the delivery is made. Any damages  or defective items reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.   It is the buyers responsibility to notify us of any issues regarding their order within the 48 hours.

If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packaging slip or order summary confirmation. If you can not provide  neither of the two we can not assist you in the situation.

Items must be returned in original condition. Any items return to us in bad condition will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions, Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ex: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains,etc ) will be refused and sent back. Once we receive your package  your store credit or refund will be issued within 7 business days if we can not exchange an item due to item being sold out. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will only issue credit of full amount for the cost of the item(s).

In the event you receive the wrong item we will issue you a return label for you to ship back incorrect item, if the correct item is available we will allow you to exchange. If correct item is not in stock store credit will be issued. 

No exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.
