How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Orders  placed using USPS service will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after purchase  (excluding public holidays and federal holidays.)

I Placed My Order, But My Shipping Info Is Incorrect.

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to help, email customer service. We will try to help the best we can.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Sorry in advance, unfortunately orders are no longer eligible for cancellation after order has been processed. If you would like to change size/color or delivery shipping method contact us via email and we will try our best to meet your needs. Response time less than 24hours. Email Nikonicole.sales@gmail.com

Can I Get A Refund?

At this time we do not offer refunds. If you're not satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from the delivery date to return the item for store credit. If your item has a manufactured defect on our behave we will try our very best to see if we can approve for a refund, if not you will be issued store credit.

I Ordered The Wrong Items, What Should I Do?

Always triple check orders before you place them. If order has not shipped we may be able to help, but we can't make any promises. Email Nikonicole.sales@gmail.com with your order number and we will see if we can help.

I Received The Wrong Item, How Should I Go About Returning It?

If you received the wrong item, first, we apologize. Email Nikonicole.sales@gmail.com with your order number, incorrect item, and what you are missing from your order.
