Return   Policy

Sorry at this time we do not offer refunds,   only   exchanges   for   manufactured   defects or unless mistake is made on our part.  All sale items are FINAL. You are allowed up to 2 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for manufactured defective items/wrong item sent.  Please make sure to check your order  upon receiving.   APPROVED exchanges    must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item and must provide   us with the tracking number, any items sent outside this window will not be approved. We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in this situation were applicable to verify any claimed damages/ manufactured items or wrong items sent. If you ordered the wrong item/ size we are not responsible for shipping fee/ label.  If   any   item   is   delivered   damaged , and is not USPS fault  you   have   48   hours   to   contact   us   for   any   damaged   items   upon   opening   the   package   once   it's   delivered,   it   is   also   the buyers   responsibility   to   notify   us   of   any   issues   regarding   their   order   within   the   48   hours.  Items must be returned in original condition, Any items returned to us in bad condition will be refused and returned to sender.  We do not accept back items   worn or in  used condition, any indication   on the product which shows   usage (ex;  perfume smell, deodorant  marks, visible stains, etc)   will be refused and sent back.   Once we receive   your   package  your   credit or refund if approved will be issued within 7 business days. Original shipping charges  are non-refundable. We will only issue  credit  of    full amount for the cost of item(s).  In the event  you receive  the wrong  item  we will issue you a  return label  for you to ship back incorrect item.   If the correct item is available  we will allow you to exchange. If correct item is not in stock we will issue you store credit.
