What are some self-care tips you started for 2023? Care to share? I may have dropped some of my enjoyable self-care routines like reading (which I been meaning to pick back up), but i definitely picked up so me more healthy habits. I have made it my duty to be consistent with working out, cooking instead of eating out, etc. My most favor self-care tip is not letting negativity or negative people shift my mood. I do not let people invite me into their mess and madness! It has helped and protected my mind, energy, mood, and spirit. Too blessed to be stressed! Next!
